Return Policy
We offer refunds on unused merchandise less associated return fees. Return fees include:
- Credit card transaction fees.
- Associated shipping charges.
- Restocking fees charged directly from manufacturers for return of product.
These fees start at 25% of the purchase price of the product and range up to 50% depending on the manufacturer policy.
The following items may be returned:
- Products that are new, unused, unaltered (with no clipped wires) and contain all original product packaging.
- Products that are repackaged properly, in the original packaging, and are received in saleable condition.
- Products received within 20 days of requesting a return.
UPDATE: We have decided to give you a No Restocking Fee policy. Just pay return shipping and any applicable credit card fees, we will handle the rest.
